1 Introduction & Definitions

Qp99 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for account verification at any time. Withdrawals exceeding BDT 10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

  • A bet cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been confirmed.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, qp99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
  • Any evidence of match fixing or other forms of dishonest manipulation will result in the permanent closure of the account.
  • If your internet connection is lost during live betting, partial bets will not be counted — the entire bet will be considered void.
  • Qp99 reserves the right to set betting limits for any user.
